Established in 1999, Shenzhen Chuangxinjia RFID Tag Co., Ltd. is specialized in the design, research, manufacture and sale of PVC cards and smart cards.
In 2008, we began to produce RFID antennas and chip seals. We were also engaged in designing and researching relative products. In July, 2009, we set up Chuangxinjia RFID Tag (Huizhou) Co., Ltd.
Shenzhen Chuangxinjia RFID Tag Co., Ltd. is engaged in researching and manufacturing RFID tag antennas, RFID tag inlays and RFID tags.
Our advantages
Firstly, we have strong production capacity.
We have three production lines. For PVC cards, the monthly output is 40 million pieces; for smart cards, the monthly output is 5.5 million pieces; for RFID antennas, the monthly output is 30 million pieces; for RFID tag inlays, the monthly output is 5 million pieces.
Secondly, we have modern production lines.
1. In the RFID Tag Department: 3 sets of compounding machines, 4 sets of roll to roll printing machines, 5 sets of machines for erosion and engraving, 3 sets of cleaning machines,12 sets of equipment for ***ecting and researching, 2 sets of reversed-assembling machines
2. In the Card-Making Department: 2 sets of German Heidelberg four-color offset printing machines, 2 sets of German two-color offset printing machines and 1 set of one-color printing machine
3. Five sets of full automatic 6-color screen printing machines and 4-color screen printing machines
4. Five sets of automatic die-cutting machines (HX-60C); make full use of the advantages of overseas advanced equipment; adopt computer controlling and oil-container punching processes
5. Thirteen sets of laminating machines (YCY-215); computer controlling; can do layer-cleaning and pressure and temperature increasing
6. Eight sets of Type (1) HX-40DT and Type (2) HX-40T high speed hot foil coders which absorb the advantages of the same apparatus from abroad;
